Over the last two decades I’ve built a unique set of skills and experiences that will help solve your business problems.As a police officer I developed critical thinking and problem solving skills; more importantly I learned to balance careful analysis with a sense of urgency to keep small problems from becoming big ones.I left police work for a Fortune 50 retailer, where I worked my way up from line manager to running a corporate HR, training and development team that impacted the entire business. After a brief stint with a nuclear power security firm I moved into my current role as a college professor.I truly love helping others build their knowledge towards personal success, but I find my new career gives me ample time to take on side projects.
