1. Professional Services Oversight and Delivery in IT and Payment industry. Responsible for taking initiative, working with each Prospect, and then Clients, to assess the complete operational, professional services and IT needs that company can provide to achieve the goals. Then, leading the team to develop requirements, product & service documentations as well as a sufficiently detailed project plan and resource assignments to organize the Agile team around each Client to ensure their goals, are achieved. 2. Operational Oversight. Given the detailed description of each product/service, define the work company needs to provide – including risk/fraud management, compliance, user/customer acquisitions, support and services – questions and issue resolution, chargebacks, etc. 3. IT Resource Oversight. Based on the product or service needs, as well as operational needs – work with Client, outside partners, internal resources and others to determine precisely what Company must develop. As part of this, must execute an Agile methodology of frequent (daily) internal Scrum meetings.
