Providing the Director with regular updates in relation to staff and progress of works. ? Absence recording, management and reporting. ? Maintaining a proactive and professional work attitude at all time. ? Prepare and submit necessary documents to the respective Department. ? Maintain and oversee employee evaluation. ? Address team issues and concerns. ? Discipline employees as necessary. ? Enforce company policies. ? Maintain all confidentiality of all sensitive information. ? Maintain a high level of service and friendly environments. ? Promote company services in required fields. ? Promote and maintain a team environment to other departments. ? To undertake day to day responsibility for staff reporting. ? To develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the person. ? Various other tasks as assigned by Senior Management. ? Using own initiative to organize various task in order of importance and manage time effectively.
