Firstly, I would like to introduce myself, I am a Civil Engineer by profession and I have more than 7 years experience in project management of diversified nature. I have been involved in nearly all the phases of project ranging from inception, planning, execution, controlling and Closing. Moreover, in my previous projects, I have prepared project charters, risk registers, project reports, management reports, presentations, developed project schedules by using MS Project and Primavera. In addition, I am a proficient user of Ms project, Primavera and MS office. In addition, I carry out the tracking of the projects through Earned Value Management such as SPI , CPI, Earned Schedules. Furthermore, I have in-depth knowledge of computing quantities through drawings, familiar with BOQ, specification and FIDIC. I am proficient user of AutoCad and Revit Architecture. Currently, I am working as a Project Coordinator at my firm and I am responsible for all the correspondence with consultants, contractors and vendors as well as I am also managing project documents through robust document management system
