At present I am a Project Manager. I am creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the team. I oversee the work of all agents in the team and report any meritorious performance or nonconformity of agents for appropriate action. I always encourage and motivate all agents in the team to attain the target and explore opportunities for continuing improvement of office systems, processes and procedures.
I also had a lot of experiences in Outbound Accounts. I called and set interested prospects up for an appointment for Loan Modification, Recharging Solar, Merchant Accounts, Credit Card Processing Service, Electronic Check Services, and Satellite TV. I reached series of quotas and became one of the top sellers for the period recorded. I also had the highest QA result in the first three months of outbound service.
Just the same with Inbound Accounts. I received orders for Perfumes and Mailing Lists, closed some sales for Foreclosure Listings, took queries and assigned schedules for Plumbing Services and made daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
I was once a Quality Assurance Analyst as well. I listened and analyzed outgoing calls of agents to be able to suggest activities, exercises, schemes, and strategies to improve the delivery of service to the clients, identified persons concerned who needs improvement and established priority ranking and suggested training needs for personnel for them to improve performance and explored opportunities for improvement for the agents to discharge duties and responsibilities in a more effective and efficient manner.
With these experiences, I want to engage myself to a more competent field of work. I have had the opportunities to work with people of all ages and abilities and deal with persons of different races over the phone so I want to seek a career that will allow me to continue working with people in many special way
