Following are few experience to share: 1) Identify the contract requirements, Milestones, Scope of work and deliverables for assigned projects. 2)Prepare the Detailed construction schedule according to work breakdown structure of the project. 3)Good experience & knowledge in planning & Monitoring of huge projects with Primavera 4)Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) to the project and add the activities to WBS. 5) Develop relationships (FS, SS, FF and SF) between activities and set the durations. 6) Add the resources (labor, non-labor & material) to the activities according to required man hours and approved budget. 7) Can create the Activity codes according to project requirements. 8) Good knowledge with activity usage spread sheet, activity usage profile, resource usage spread sheet and resource usage profile. 9)Can create stacked histograms to analyze the peak man hours. 10) Good experience with global changes and financial periods to store the period performance.
