It's difficult to proofread your own work, and you have better things to do anyway - so let me do it for you. I prefer to work in Word, with Track Changes turned on, so that you can see what I did and accept or decline each change. Old-school "red ink on paper with notes in the margins" is just not for me. My rate is somewhat variable, depending on the format and content of your missive, as well as your deadline requirements.
