Presently, I am working with an established Real Estate Company and take care of more than 100 properties as a virtual property manager. My core responsibilities involve: 1.Rent Collection. 2.Communicating with tenants regarding any issues they face and getting them resolved. 3.Look after maintenance issues at our properties and have them resolved. 4.Calling Vendors, scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs and maintenance requests and following up after the work has been completed. 5.Assure all the utility bills are being paid on time. 6.Maintain Company's Financial accounts. 7.Create documents as per specification and maintain data. I have a hands on experience working over Freshbooks, Salesforce, Buildium, Google Apps, Zoho Apps, MS Office, Craigslist, Trulia, Zillow and communication software (Skype, Pinger and others).
