My last position was office manager for a Large 3 state wide preservation company. I was main contact to the foreclosure servicing bank and the CEO of Optimum Property Preservation. All calls, emails, reports, maintenance , home inspection assignments were handled by me . I have in-depth knowledge of the business from the lock out , eviction stage, cash for relocation, lawn cuts, wints., code violations, vandalism, police, code enforcers, access issues, home inspections and all other steps from lock out to sale. Having someone to take care of all this would free you, the owner to take care of quality control, contractor crews and daily field work involved. Imagine the time you would save not having to deal with all the calls ,emails, inquiries, reporting to the bank , ect.. I could take care of all of this for you! No need to have an office setting for me to work from, I am capable of doing all this from my home office, I worked completely independently from my home office for Optimum Property Preservation for 2 years.
