I hve considerable knowledge and experience in Property and Real Estate. I gained my First Class degree (with Honours) in Archectecture, focusing on Urban Design and Regeneration. I was then hired by the Government to seek areas for Real Estate growth surrounding London. I would then project manage the design, financial modelling and application for the construction of new real estate developments. This work required that I have in-depth knowledge of how the real estate and land market works, economics, government policy, costs of construction and investment models. I have extensive experience within the UK market. I have also provided analysis of markets around the world to aid investment decisions.
