For the purpose of preparation of proposal, the employer shall have to provide me the relevant data and information about the proposed job along with budgetary details thereof which are necessary to draft technical and financial proposal. The time to be taken to complete the proposal can be determined only after reception of the aforementioned information. However it may not take more than ten days.
