Through my academic studies, I have developed proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, TechSmith Camtasia, and oXygen XML Editor. I have also learned copy and video editing, documentation, document design for technical communications, as well as technical and creative writing. I am also familiar with the MLA, APA, CMoS, and AP style guides.
