Purchasing Coordinator/Virtual Assistant

I currently work as a Purchasing Coordinator for an IT firm in Downtown Orlando. I have experience with the following. • Overseeing and managing the procurement procedures in my department. •Creating competitive proposals for our clients based on their hardware and software requests. •Staying up to date on subscription renewals for Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, VMware, Veeam and Adobe for all of our 50+ clients. •Utilizing manufacturer deal registration tools for over $100K software and hardware orders. •Tracking incentives and rebates from manufacturers •Assisting the CEO with large business meetings and business proposals for new and existing opportunities. •Traveling to distributor events to build strong long lasting relationships with our vendors. •Ensuring payment for invoices created in QuickBooks and managing tracking information for shipments. •Organizing client information and creating excel spreadsheets for specific software renewals. •Assisting in administrative office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and data entry.
