? Reviewing Subscriptions Titles of requests + prices and finalized all requests as per deadlines set . ? Managing Subscription Orders, follow-up with Accounts for payment confirmation with publishers, Publisher activation & set start & end dates of subscriptions. ? Maintain a CLIENT RENEWALS REPORT of Client Subscriptions + Start & End Dates of these Subscriptions as per Client & as per Publisher. ? Manage activation & follow-up to online offers with Sales Team Leader and follow up with him for trials status and Maintaining a quarterly Ring Fencing Report with Publishers for clients under trials. ? Manage Clients & Publishers complaints related to E-Books, Online Products & Journal Subscriptions. ? Issuing a Quarterly Renewals Status Report, a monthly report of missing issues for current print subscriptions & Quarterly Trials Status Report. ? Manage & Develop the New E-Products Via researching New Online and electronic resources & Vendors, Developing contact for establishing partnership, concluding solid deals & agreements with these Vendors & developing promotional material I.E. presentation, flyers, demos & activating the new product once ready through MERIC Sales Team Forces. ? Provide training to new staff to ensure full understanding of work flow, Committing & Maintaining Office & Department's Policies & Meeting Deadlines set for Delivery of Client Orders. ? Manage Opening up the market by New Marketing tools & technologies for attracting new Clients via Email Shots, Social Media or other.
