I have a strong technical background, good experience with Python and excellent problem solving skills. As I am new to working as a freelancer, I will provisionally be working at a reduced rate. My own expectation from clients are that they have a clear and singular idea of what they want, and are willing to offer regular feedback as the work progresses.
