Participates in standard business and information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. - Apply appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve technical problems. - Apply test methodology and product knowledge in the design of tests and testing strategies. - Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects, providing development/business partners with sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve the defect. - Defines, identifies, collects, and organizes detailed information relating to testing requirements. - Defines scope, plans and deliverable for assigned basic projects. - Utilizing the testing methodology, analyzes testing requirements as the basis for developing testing scenarios for a test level to be executed on a project.
