I am a free lancer having experience of more that twenty years and offering services in the field of building quality systems, manuals and related procedures according to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17065 and ISO 17020. I hold a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College/ University of London 1986. I worked in R&D institutions, testing laboratories, and conformity assessment entities directed to serve industries and SMEs. The attached CV describes these experiences in details. I have conducted gap analysis, process mapping and cost/revenue analysis within organizations and helped senior management to identify and correct deviations from applicable standards and set targets. I have also documented many quality manuals, standard quality procedures, policies and work instructions in a variety of fields such as management of documented information, strategic planning and budgeting, internal quality auditing, risk management, management review, purchasing of supplies and services according to the applicable quality management systems.
