I have an MSc in Total Quality Management and Organisational Excellence through Sheffield Hallam Business School which is mainly oriented towards process and service improvement. The acquired learning covers statistical process control (SPCs) techniques, improvement on policies and strategies of an organisation, image improvement, stakeholder analysis, supply chain and change management. I also have 21 years of experience in logistics, risk management and cargo clearances which requires proficiency in Regulatory frameworks and evolving business models. As well, sound knowledge on quality standards such as ISO, Malcolm Baldridge, EFQM together with excellent English language skills.
