Preparation and Valuation of Progress and final payments in connection with any contract or subcontract. Co-ordination to Client, structural & architectural firm, and contractor executive for project costing and bill clarifications. Having a good experience in different Indian & international codes of construction and estimation e.g. Indian Standard Codes, SMM7, CPWD, POMI (Principles of measurement (Internation-al) by RICS & NRM2 (New rules of measurement) by RICS.
