I have been working as a Quantity Surveyor for 12 years. I have worked for some Vietnamese companies and some foreign companies in Vietnam, such as: 1. Page Kirkland Vietnam in 2008 for project: - Crowne plaza project with 2 towers - 21 floors tower, one tower - 14 floors tower and two basement floors in area nearly 18.000 m2. 2. David Langdon & Seah Vietnam in 2011 for project: - Parkcity Hanoi project in area nearly 77ha with low rise and high rise building. In two companies mentioned above, I supported for client to manage project. I measured drawing and prepared Bill of Quantity, Tender documents, contract documents. I checked interim payment and variation order from contractor. 3. Kumho E&C Vietnam in 2012 for project: Vietinbank project - Kumho E&C was a contractor of this project for Bored pile and Diaphragm wall work. I prepared monthly interim payment, variation order, finalization documents and tender documents submit to client.
