Quantity Surveyor is responsible of the following: - Preparation of realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates - Doing quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project including but not limited to Square Cost Estimate, Schematic Design Estimate, Conceptual Design Estimate, Design Development Estimate, Definitive Office Estimate, Detailed Bill of Quantities and Value Engineering. - Preparations of the bid evaluation report. - Preparation of bid packages and other bid documents needed in the bidding process - Preparation of financial analysis and projections, construction agreements and other project reports. - Meeting with Project Manager/Construction Manager/Consultant?Customer is included. - Represents the organization in bid conferences and other project meetings. - Transacting contractors in behalf of organization, review and evaluate the contractor's offer. - Preparation of any change order evaluation.
