I do all aspects of general construction such as Quantity Survey, takeoff, Quantity Analyzes, • Well Knowledge in Reading Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Drawings . • Takeoff & Preparing Bill of Quantity For Large Scale Projects Such as Shopping Malls , Hotels , Hospitals ,university, Mixed used development & Retail Shops). • Preparing Evaluation Report For the Cost Control and Budgeting For the Mechanical Work . • Preparing Bill of Quantity For Mechanical Works & updating the Bill of Quantity as per Revise Drawings. • (Familiar With: HVAC System, Plumbing Work, Gas Piping , Fire Fighting System, Medical Gas System, Steam System, Fm-200 and Novec System) • Checking Manpower and Subcontractor Invoices and Quotations for Retail Shops Construction Mechanical Works. • Good ability to Work in Cost Control Application and analyzing the Current Rate For Each Items • Preparing Subcontractor Invoices for progress. • Preparing Variation Orders for Ongoing projects. • Preparing Contract Document for Retails. • Preparing Evaluation Report for select the suitable Supplier/ Sub Contractor. • Checking Project Work Done as Per Bill of Quantity and Project Programme Schedule
