Oversees company's financial data and compliance by:

• maintaining accurate books by recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process. 
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, sales taxes, payroll taxes, and benefits at the end of each month
• Monitors financial transactions and reports
• Processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, and checks
• Handles payroll
• Manages collection process to follow up on past due balances
• Complete analysis of employee expenditures
• Manages income and expenditure accounts
• Generates the company's financial reports and financial statements
• Completes complex financial analysis based on financial statements generated
• Assists with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking variances
