Job responsibilities: • Assist and prepare different types of analytical statement as required by the management and SEC • Preparing various financial and non-financial statements as per requirement by SEC • Assist in complying to various requirements of SEC time to time • Assist in complying with company secretarial issues • Make liaison with SEC and with other related authority as and when require • Proper documentation of all correspondence with SEC and all other legal authority • Proper records of all documents related to IPO, Rights and Capital rising.
