I am a beachelor of the arts of management economics, during my career I worked in different jobs based on the facts since 2000 I worked in KFOR in Kosovo until 2002 in the work and assignment of the language assistant, then I worked in the OSCE for election in the lead for data entry in the database where I have 24 employees under control. then I was employed in family medicine as chief of the administration where I have been dealing with human resources since 2003 and beyond. at the same time I work in Islamic Relief World Wide as a coordinator for the home care project for patients with severe diseases.
