With over 80% of buyers starting their search online, professional real estate photos are more critical than ever. Buyers generally browse through hundreds of listings, landing on those that have a strong first image or curbside image. According to Redfin research, professional photos add significant value to the final sales price and also lead to quicker sales. I have photographed over 500 listings in the past two years -- everything from small 1,000 sq ft bungalows to 8,000+ sq ft mansions. In addition to homes, I also regularly shoot ranches and rural properties from the ground and from the air using my remote controlled helicopter.
