A customer service specialist who always ensures that the client will receive a one-of-a-kind customer service experience in every interaction. In line with this, it was also my responsibility to make sure that each customer account and history are all accounted for. As a Sales representative for a Telco account, I was able to get an incentive almost every month and help our Team to be on top because of the number of the sales and customer satisfaction. As a collection Specialist, I did make sure that I will be able to keep a customer by giving them other options so that they can lower their bills without taking away the things that they still need on a car radio. I always make sure to ask what are the needs and wants of the person that I am talking to. As a Technical Support Representative, over the phone I always wanted to make sure that I will be able to assist every customer by giving out and asking them to perform the troubleshooting steps on their computer instead of her sending it back to the depot for a repair. It is very important to always provide the fastest resolution to rectify every concern.
