I have my MBA from the University of Denver with a concentration in Real Estate. I am a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a BS in Architectural Engineering and a concentration in Construction Management. I am interested in positions in Denver but am willing to relocate and can travel.

I am currently the owner of PyraMOD Development and Consulting focused on real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of companies. I spearheaded strategic transformations through corporate re-alignments, driving efficiency and growth.  My leadership extended to facilitating successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A) that expanded our reach and resources.  On the operational side, I streamlined processes and procedures, enhancing project management consistency. Additionally, I leveraged my pre-construction expertise to ensure smooth project transitions.  To maximize project success, I developed real estate proformas and holistic project approaches.  My industry expertise spans across multifamily, residential, commercial, urban planning, and master planning projects.

I was previously the COO of Reston Construction and Reston Equity Group overseeing all facets of operating 7 subsidiary rollup construction companies under our banner. I wore multiple executives and C-Suite level hats, successfully integrating acquired companies ($30M revenue) and leading a P&L financial turnaround. I implemented a strategic plan driving a 25% margin increase, and developed SOPs for all entitles. I also oversaw finance & HR, secured $200M+ in LOIs through real estate initiatives, and supported growth-oriented negotiations. Lastly, I supported debt and private equity negotiations for our Founder.
