Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates like Naukri, Monster and also through social media like LinkedIn. • Foster long-term relationships with candidates • Review and understand technical job requirement • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met • Arranging internal interviews with internal panel before submitting the profile for the project. • Formatting resumes meeting client expectations • Researching new technologies • Create detailed job descriptions • Will check the interest level of the candidate. • Negotiating salary expectations with the candidate. • Explaining with the candidate regarding growth after joining. • Supporting and coordinating walkin interviews in weekend • Collecting all required documents and forms from the candidate after selection. • Getting all approvals from the senior managers with candidate’s details for offer release. • Sending offer documents for internal HR department. • Sending joining documents of the candidate to the business HR. • Follow up with candidates until join. • Maintaining daily profile submits, Joiners, Interview shortlist, rejected, yet to join database. • Gained rich experience in working with almost all various IT skills sets like SAP, SO-X, CA-7,Testing, Data warehousing, Mainframe, Mobile Technologies, Oracle applications and Databases , Rare Technologies (Niche skills),almost with all Programming languages etc. • Recruited from Junior to Manager level positions like Analysts, Business Analyst, DBA, QA Tester, ETL Specialist, IT Infrastructure
