- Govern End to End Release lifecycle

- Plan release monthly and technical release schedule

- Check for dependencies and road blockers.

- Work closely with Environment delivery teams to ensure low environments availability and Downtime schedule plans remain on track during each release.

- Manage low environment usability throughout the release phases (Front End and Back End)

- Ensure everybody is clear on the Release Scope/Vision and current status - Manage, stablish and communicate annual calendars for Iterations and PIs

 - Facilitate the PI Planning and readiness by fostering the preparation of Vision & Backlogs

 - Encourage collaboration between different teams 

- Help Manage and mitigate risk and dependencies 

- Drive continuous improvements meetings 

- Escalate issues/roadblocks to leadership and/or stakeholders where applicable 

- Leadership Reporting
