I manage comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting operations using QuickBooks Online and integrated tools such as Dext and Keeper. My key responsibilities include:
Transaction Management:
Uploading financial documents and receipts to Dext.
Publishing transactions from Dext to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Manually posting and categorizing transactions in QBO, ensuring accurate classification and compliance.
Account Reconciliations:
Performing Bank Account Reconciliation to ensure consistency between QBO and bank statements.
Conducting Accounts Receivable and Payable Reconciliations for accurate aging reports and cash flow forecasting.
Reconciling Other Clearance and Control Accounts (e.g., suspense, payroll liabilities, tax).
Financial Review & Reporting:
Reviewing financial statements manually and through the Keeper App to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Client Engagement:
Maintaining regular communication with clients for clarification, document requests, reporting, and advisory support.
