This remote wellness session provides a quiet, structured opportunity to slow down, focus inward, and explore relaxation, grounding, and energetic awareness from the comfort of your own space.
Before the session, we will briefly discuss what you are noticing, your preferences, and what you would like to focus on. The session may incorporate long-distance Reiki, energetic observation/body mapping, grounding practices, meditation, and other complementary energetic wellness methods based on your comfort and consent.
You remain in control throughout the experience. You may ask questions, change your preferences, or stop the session at any time.
