I am an IT enthusiast with a strong passion for Technical Support. My current role has enabled me to develop excellent soft skills which can be confidently transferred into a technical support environment. I am currently studying a self-funded Hardware and Networking Professional course with Jetking which includes Hardware Troubleshooting, Windows 7, Printing Administration, Linux Administration, Microsoft Server 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Cisco CCNA qualifications
