In 2007, I completed my undergraduate degree in History from Northern Illinois University. I went on to work for a restoration company as an IT consultant for a short period of time before going to India to obtain my Bachelors in Divinity degree focusing on Orthodox Theology. During my five-year study program in India, I was able to learn Syriac, Greek as well as introductory Hebrew. It was also during this time that I was given the opportunity to digitize the manuscript library at the Orthodox Theological Seminary in India. Utilizing my passion for photography and my knowledge of computer systems, I was able to create a working platform by which I created a catalogue of the more than 200 Syriac manuscripts. It was also during my time in India that I was able to work with various publishers on content editing. Over the past ten years I have gained valuable experience in the fields of of sales and advertisement, content layout and publication, digital media as well as research.
