- Independent, innovative and highly analytic researcher; three years’ experience in experimental research in healthcare; two years’ as a resident medical officer; bench-top research laboratory experience; PhD in Philosophy of Science. - Established peer reviewer for medical journals, familiar with study design, ethical issues, and understanding of statistical methods and quantitative and qualitative research methods. - Experience in managing multiple projects in multidisciplinary healthcare team research including advisory roles to senior clinicians and clinical educators; design, implementation and evaluation of multi-disciplinary interventions for patient safety. - Ability to establish and maintain strong alliances; lead and motivate diverse teams; drive projects to successful completion; convey complex technical requirements/data; exceed stakeholder expectations.
