She is well rounded across the HC value chain with more than 10 years’ experience in senior and executive management, focusing on making Human Capital a strategic business partner. A highlight of her career included working with Mr Mandela for hour years. Her problem-solving and analytical ability has assisted in bringing strategic and innovative solutions and has earned her a highly respected name in the industry amongst her colleagues.
