I am an experienced Technical Sourcer with experience sourcing passive and active technical and non-technical candidates in the US, Canada, Europe and APAC, Asia. Using tools such as advanced Boolean search, Jigsaw, social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Xing, job boards such as Careerbuilder and Monster and partipating in user forums and similar sites to gather names of top talent. Search, select candidates in IT, Finance, Banking,insurance ,Sales & Marketing and Oil & Gas field. - Identifying candidates who would consider moving within the recruitment industry. - Making approaches after gathering information on said individuals and arranging interviews with clients on their behalf. - Assisting in the recruitment process and gaining further recommendations on other potential candidates. - Search applicants through internal and external recruitment channels. - Build relationship with potential and high-level candidates, build plentiful and qualitative database. - Searching and interview candidates. - Ensure recruitment consultancy for customers right with deadline and ensure quality of introduced candidates.
