I am a degreed Librarian (MLS) with strong research and web and database searching skills. My background also includes writing (BA in English) and editing. I am adept at perusing content and summarizing that content in writing. I strive to be thorough as well as precise. Since March 2012 I've maintained an intermittent blog on wordpress. For 9 years (2001 - 2010) I worked as a new fiction book review pro bono for Library Journal Magazine. I've also written public service announcements (PSAs) for radio and newspaper releases concerning public library programming (1998-2008).
