Experience as a corporate trainer convinced me of the value of supplementing course materials with a personalized syllabus to enhance course delivery and student comprehension. To achieve this, I made it a point to supplement training materials with additional material I wrote on my own initiative. My most important achievement was composing a 90-page syllabus based on my personalized abstracting a 900-page volume on Art History for my high school students (excerpts are posted in the Art History collection in the Portfolio).
