Working With Existing Files
You can provide your existing Revit, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, PDF, SketchUp, sketches, markups, or reference images.
I can work from your existing design and develop the documentation without unnecessarily changing the established design intent.
My Approach
Before starting, I review the available files and clarify the scope, deliverables, jurisdiction, and deadline. I then organize the work into a clear drawing set and maintain consistency between plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and consultant information.
For permit projects, I can also incorporate plan-check comments and revisions after submission, provided the required information is available.
Ideal Projects
I’m a good fit for:
- Residential remodels and additions
- New single-family homes
- ADUs and secondary dwelling units
- Garage/carport conversions
- Second-story additions
- Interior remodels requiring documentation
- Permit drawing updates
- Existing drawing corrections
- Architectural BIM documentation
- Construction drawing development.
