With over 15years experience in building industry having having climbed the ladder from being a site foreman to assistant quantity surveyor then site manager and finally building contractor.Am able to do design nice modern house floor plans sketches for both residential and commercial with dimensions and elevations as per individual client specifications.I work from Kenya- Nairobi but have clients located as far as USA and DUBAI whom i've designed houses for them.My education, knowledge and expertise has enabled me come up with pocket friendly designs which use less materials and may be easily read and interpreted by clients who have less or no knowledge of construction.In addition i've also helped architects in designing or come up with ideas for their projects.
