I write resumes from scratch using the client's existing resume and information that I will provide in a questionnaire. I will constantly be in contact as necessary via phone or email to understand and highlight relevant experience and skills for the resume. The final product will be aimed at highlighting the client's goals and tailored to the country and industry of the client.
