Clients sometimes require a PCB design to be recreated, The most common reasons are: It is a purchased PCB which is no longer available. It is an old design for which they no longer have the design documents. The design was done by a contractor who is no longer available and/or did not give the client sufficient documentation. Minor modifications need to be done but the design documents are no longer available. One or some of the parts are obsolete. I have done these contracts with as little information as a picture of the PCB and as much a fairly complete design database.

    Very good engineer. Tim developed a custom PCB for my project and did an excellent job. He is a highly competent engineer who works carefully and methodically. What stood out to me is his attention to detail and his ability to think along with the project instead of just executing a specification blindly. He was flexible when changes were needed and remained patient throughout the development process, even when requirements evolved. Communication was clear and practical, and his technical decisions were well thought out.     Such a nice guy. Seems really invested in what Im trying to develop ad cares about the job. Produced very detailed write ups on what's going to and has been done, and happy to help wherever he can. First time user of Guru so obviously went in not really knowing what to expect. Had a picture in my head of what would be ideal and in TIm got exactly what I was hoping for. Cant recommend enough.
