Involves the estimation of influence coefficients for 2 plane and multiplane balancing followed by the estimation of 2 plane and multiplane balance masses and phase angles.I also undertake modal balncing of flexible rotors once I know the rotor geometry and support details which involves the estimation of critical speeds and mode shapes , balancing planes , modal trial masses , responses and finally the optimum balance masses and phase angles.
