I Have been trained at Pittsburgh Technical Institute in IT with a focus on Network Administration. I was in charge of upgrading and securing thirty five workstations running a mix of windows 98 and windows 2000. I upgraded all the workstations to windows XP, Integrated them into the Windows Server 2003 Active Directory, secured the network environment from internal and external threats and documented all changes made to the network. After my time there I had the opportunity to work for a small business under Mr. Ed Fratus at Oil City Computers. I worked and learned from Mr. Fratus for approximately a year. During my time with Mr. Fratus I focused on home computer repair, in shop and in home. I assisted Mr. Fratus with the running of the business, performing repairs and tracking customer repairs. In the past two months I have been contracting with a few companies in the Erie area performing PC upgrades for PNC and Key bank as well as miscellaneous home repair work orders.
