Shaher Yar was EXCEPTIONAL to work with on my Instagram /Facebook /Shopify product tagging/view product button creation issues. This was my first experience using Guru.com, and I couldn’t have been more pleased by the results Shaher delivered. First, I experienced my problems suddenly and when I posted my project on Guru, I got a reply from Shaher quickly and was working with him within 8 hours (due to a scheduling conflict on my side and a 12 hour time difference). When we spoke live, Shaher quickly diagnosed my trouble shooting issues and repeated back to me at each step what he was hearing me ask, told me why he/we needed to do something specific, and then we implemented that specific step. He was like a ninja doing this work. Knew every move, and directed it with precision, along with supporting commentary and graphical explanations. He pointed out problems we needed to address beyond what we were doing, where we needed to lodge support tickets with Facebook/Instagram, and assisted with those. He gave us time frames in which he expected our issues would be fully resolved, and he was completely accurate. His communication style, clarity, and language skills (I am an English speaker) are excellent. It is without hesitation that I recommend Shaher for work, and anticipate working with him directly again in the future. I give him the highest recommendation and referral possible, I dont see a star system, but this would be a 5 of 5 star review!!!
