- 10+years of CRM experience and 3+ years Salesforce development and administration experience
- Knowledge of APEX, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud customizations and understanding of Salesforce data model/architecture to be able to assist in designing business applications
- Excellent documentation skills
- Salesforce Certification in AppBuilder and Platform Developer I
- Build salesforce platform and environments and also establish governance and process and procedures around change releases.
- Provision new user accounts and maintain user roles and profiles
- Test all the system and platform for Salesforce releases and make sure the environments are up to date.
- Manage and maintain the SFDC involving migrating code between environments, setting up sandboxes, setting users, profiles, timezone, working with SFDC support team for issues, coordinating with all the teams to plan migrations.
