I oversaw and implemented a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solution for a 200+ seat call center that provides healthcare support services and inside sales support. I designed a model that funneled all customer information from multiple lines of businesses through Salesforce and built an integration with inhouse applications that had an array of technologies (MSSQL, C/C+/C++/C#,SYBASE, IIS, etc). This allowed a one stop shop for all customer related information within Salesforce and allowed each line of business to have greater visibility into the activities of their clients.
