Salesforce (SFDC) Developer & Architect

Salesforce certified professional with 10+ years’ experience in Salesforce Development, Administration and Architecture. I have been part of 6 Salesforce implementation projects and have lead 3 full Salesforce implementation. Right from requirements gathering to development and UAT. Projects: Summary: • I have deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex classes, test classes, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of advanced visualforce components, Chatter API etc. • Have Worked directly with clients / onshore to lead projects at offshore, developed and delivered key components of technology solution • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. • I have Built and maintained interfaces using SFDC Web Services API • I have experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and in depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc • Have worked with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader, Salesforce.com web services API and I am familiar with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE for code deployment. • Other than my technical expertise have worked in Data analytics team and fully understand the data concepts of Salesforce and the way we can leverage it for business needs and reporting. • Possess knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions to create users, various custom objects, fields , roles, profiles, page layouts, tabs, alerts, security and sharing rules, email templates, workflows and approval Process. • Business knowledge and customization experience on various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Forecasting, Reports and Dashboards. • Understanding business requirement and then implementing automated processes in SFDC CRM for Marketing (Lead generation), Sales (Opportunity creation),Finance (Revenue recognition), Customer service (case creation) and sales support (collateral and case study record creation): Lead to automation and reduction in errors
