- Primarily responsible for handling technical issues related to implementation, integration, migration, upgrade, promotion, administration, authentication in SAP BusinessObjects systems.
- Assisting team members with technical issues related to SAP BO BI 4.x, other related tools like, Cognos, Lumira, etc.
- Member of Mission Critical Support team that works 24/7 to address production down situations.
- Handling investigative & critical escalations and providing root cause analysis to clients.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
- Installation and migration of XI BI4.0, BI4.1 Crystal Report Server. Upgrading BO with service packs and fix packs.
- Configured cluster environment, distributed and standalone environment
- Web-tier configuration (Tomcat).
- Backup and recovery, Configure “Disaster Recovery” system.
- Migrating contents using “lcm_cli.sh” scripts and “Promotion management wizard”.
- Integrating Windows AD user, LDAP users and SAP user with BO.
